1) Family member of the General Participant.
2) NO access to congress session. Proceedings of the conference will not provided.
3) Attending to Welcome Party, Opening Ceremony and Congress Banquet, Congress Lunches and Coffee Breaks.

Note

1. Cancellation Policy
   If you are unable to attend and and cancelled your registration before September 1, 2019, a refund will be given after deducting 10% of the registration fee for all registration categories.
   After September 1, 2019, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of any type, including no-shows.
2. The registration of conference participation, Welcome Party and Congress Banquet will be cancelled if the registration fee left unpaid by the closing date of payment.
3. Registration fee payment methods
   Registration fee can be paid by online credit card settlement, sending the duly filled credit card payment form by fax to +81-3-3437-3944 or as an email attachment to unitecr_reg2019@nta.co.jp.
   If you wish to pay the registration fee by bank remittance, please contact us at  unitecr_reg2019@nta.co.jp  for bank account information.
4. To receive your name tag and other conference documents, please drop by the registration desk at the conference venue.
5. Participants' Personal Information Protection Policy 
   Personal information obtained from customers shall be limited to contacting participants of this conference only.  
   We will take preventive measures and corrective measures against any unauthorized access to Customers' personal information, leakage, loss, or malicious destruction of data.
